Our organisation recognises the difficulties of leaving homelessness behind but we are ​dedicated to supporting individuals every step of the way. We assist in finding suitable ​housing, managing benefits, bills, and furnishing homes, all at a personalised pace. ​Many have already benefitted from our services. We help with GP registration, ​employment, training, and social connections to promote long-term stability and ​happiness in their new lives.

Our dedicated team of professionals and volunteers work tirelessly to provide ongoing ​support and encouragement. Through community partnerships, we offer access to ​mental health services, addiction recovery programme, and financial literacy ​workshops. These resources are essential in helping individuals overcome barriers and ​achieve their goals. We also organise social events and peer support groups to foster a ​sense of belonging and community.
